Standing in the walls of the Rock of Cashel you can't help but look out at Hore Abbey, standing in ruin surrounded by the green fields of the Irish countryside. The abbey, built around 1270 is thought to be named after "iubhair' or yew tree and was home to Cashels Archbishop.
